Hello, my name is Sule Ozlem, I was born and raised in Amsterdam and graduated as a skin specialist.

After working as a DJ for years, I decided in 2015 to fully focus on pursuing my dreams, passion and broadening my knowledge in the field.

I love all the challenges the skin offers, action=reaction! How does the skin react to the treatment, what can I do, how do I get it under control and most importantly when do I stop without forcing the skin... it is the fight and at the same time the love that I liberate with skin. Addicted? Of course!

My passion for skin inspired me to become part of the 511 billion euro beauty industry that is growing bigger and stronger every day.

The choice was easy: I just wanted to learn from the best and perform the right treatments, and that was learning from the best! PHIACADEMY! Journey to the top! I managed to bring both Phibrows and Philings to the Netherlands, in addition to Phibrows I focused on the innovative techniques of Philings, then I worked day in and day out with complete focus, consistency and love that brought me to the point where I ' am today.

In 2018 I was appointed as a PHI academy master twice and was given two unique titles, Phibrows eyebrow master and Philings skin master! A year later I obtained other master titles such as Powderbrows, Phihenna eyebrow styling, and in 2020 Phibright Microneedling & Philaser Removal.

Over the past 4 years I have become the number 1 trainer in the Netherlands and the 2nd all-round beauty teacher in the entire world.

“Sharing Knowledge, Experience, And Wisdom!”

After getting better, recognized and achieving higher levels of success, I decided to not limit my skin love, expert knowledge, experience and wisdom to just me, but to share it with those who need it most, everywhere the world.
This is where my beauty academy Phinederland was founded. It is now the best beauty training institute in the Netherlands and through Phinederland I have been able to offer various high-quality beauty workshops and vocational beauty courses throughout the Netherlands and beyond. I offer various training & courses every month at my Beauty Academy in the Netherlands, students all over the world travel to the Netherlands to be trained by me and gain hands-on experience in their respective fields for their beauty career and in appreciation I offer offers them a free hotel stay until they complete their training. I also teach at different locations worldwide, the nice thing about this for me is not visiting different countries but educating students whose language I do not speak.
